Admission

As another admissions session begins, I am inspired by the number of families that have expressed serious interest in joining the LBS community. As many schools are struggling to find their way, the growing interest in the  Experience illustrates that LBS is positioned to lead the way. This strength is evidenced by the following:

- LBS relentless pursuit of excellence in both academics and character development;

- LBS's students truly know and truly understand what it means to WORK HARD. More importantly, they value the experience and they appreciate the opportunity to learn from and to challenge one another;

- LBS's focus on providing an experience that is centered around individualized attention and high standards--one that  is relationship driven and one that is replete with the faculty, staff, and peers necessary to forever shape the person that each graduate of LBS will become.

     As you can see, LBS is much more than an education. LBS is an opportunity for students to be a part of a community that is challenging and nurturing--one that is designed to prepare each student for the rigors of college and of life and one that provides an environment based on a real-world experience that is enhanced by a distinguished student body

    I invite you to learn more about LBS and all that it has to offer to its students, for I am certain that you will leave our campus desirous of becoming a part of this special place. LBS is an education that transcends a diploma on the wall.

     Please consider visiting campus at some point in the near future. I am certain your visit will leave you impressed with all that makes LBS such a unique educational experience. Moreover, I am certain you will leave here fully aware of why LBS is experiencing such great success in all areas of school life.

With every good wish,

Head of Admissions

Some Thoughts From Our Director

"Thoughtful parents know that in choosing a school they are doing much more than deciding where their sons and daughters will move through a series of classes. The programs, culture, and atmosphere of a school contribute to the development of all things from a student's intellect and ideals to his or her character and self-confidence. Your investigation of schools should begin and end with a question of values: what values do you hold for your son or daughter, and which school best upholds and advocates those values."
